【應徵條件】
① 全職教練
- 必要條件 (滿足其中一項）
• 具有 ski 教練證照
• 具有 ski 或 sb 教練證照 (持有打工度假簽證者/其他簽證者)
• 具36個月的滑雪教練工作經歷
- 加分條件
• 曾於滑雪學校擔任教練
• 同時持有 ski 及 sb 教練證照（雙棲尤佳）
• 可申請或是已擁有打工度假簽證
• 日本在住，擁有可從事教練工作之合法簽證（永住、配偶、資格外等）
• 具有sb/ski Leavel 2 或以上
• 語言能力（日文 / 英文 / 粵語）
② 兼職教練
- 必要條件：
• 日本在住，擁有可從事教練工作之合法簽證（永住、配偶、資格外等）
• 具有單板 或 雙板教練證照 （雙棲尤佳）
• 週末或週間可排班，時間可議
- 加分條件：
• 具有滑雪產業相關經驗
• 具有任何類型的教學經驗
• 語言能力（日文 / 英文 / 粵語）

【工作期間】 2026.12-2027.4（到職日可商議）
▸ 月休5-8日（原則週休至少1日）

【薪資待遇】時薪 ¥ 3,500 ~ ¥ 5,500 依照能力、經驗調整

🎿 Join Outdoorland – Ski Instructor Recruitment 2026–2027
Hello! We are Outdoorland, a ski school based in Japan, currently looking for passionate Chinese / multilingual ski & snowboard instructors.
We operate legally in Japan with full support from local ski resorts and communities.
We also assist instructors in obtaining legal work visas.
Outdoorland is one of the CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance) affiliated organizations in Japan, providing strong opportunities for instructor development and certification.

📌 Positions Available
① Full-time Instructor
② Part-time Instructor
✅ Full-time Instructor Requirements
Must meet one of the following:
• Ski instructor certification
• Ski or snowboard instructor certification (WHV or other visa holders)
• 36+ months of ski instructing experience
Preferred:
• Experience at ski schools
• Dual certification (ski & snowboard)
• Eligible for or holding a Working Holiday Visa
• Valid working visa in Japan
• Level 2 or above certification
• Language skills (Japanese / English / Cantonese)
✅ Part-time Instructor Requirements
Required:
• Valid working visa in Japan
• Ski or snowboard certification
• Available on weekends or flexible schedule
Preferred:
• Experience in the ski industry
• Teaching experience
• Language skills (Japanese / English / Cantonese)
📍 Location
Niigata (Echigo-Yuzawa area), Zao Onsen (Yamagata), Tohoku region
📅 Season
Dec 2026 – Apr 2027 (start date negotiable)
• 5–8 days off per month
