Teaching license and legal business statement

Recently, some ski resorts issued announcements informing them that ski teaching requires a teaching license, which has triggered discussions on the Internet. Some consumers have also asked us whether they have the relevant qualifications. To this end, we hereby issue a statement stating the following:

1. Ski Instruction License Guarantee
   At all ski resorts where ski instruction is provided, Atouro Outdoorland Co., Ltd. has applied for a formal teaching license from the ski resort or the recognized teaching institution of the ski resort before it can provide ski teaching services and handle related certifications and Camp courses. The ski resorts where we currently provide teaching services and cooperation include:
• Iwahara Ski Resort
• Maiko Ski Resort
• Yuzawa Nakazato Ski Resort
• Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort
• Kagura Ski Resort In addition, for advanced SKI CAMP, we have established a cooperative relationship with Naspa Ski Resort through Japanese instructors as a bridge, and professional instructors will assist in completing the activities.
  
  
2. Professional and legal teaching team
   Our instructors all hold legal work visas and have international ski instructor certification qualifications. They all comply with relevant Japanese standards and can provide high-quality ski teaching services with professional skills and attitudes.
   
   
3. Legal company formally registered in Japan
   Atoro Outdoorland Co., Ltd. is a company officially registered in Japan. We are committed to providing high-quality ski instruction services with a professional and responsible attitude.
