Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms for activities/ ski lessons

  1. Instructions for cancellation and refund of activities and courses:
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event/course date are fully refundable
    • Distance from event date / course day Cancellation between the 31st and 59th , 90% of the fee will be refunded
    • from event day / course day 15-30 days Cancel within 70% refund cost
    • from event day / course day Cancellation within 8-14 days , 30% refund cost
    • From activity day/ course day Cancellation within 7 days will not be tolerated No refunds will be accepted
    • For all course cancellations and order modifications, please be sure to contact customer service to assist you with the relevant procedures.
    • All bank fees and exchange differences arising from the refund will be borne by the student.

  2. If the course is canceled due to non-force majeure or personal factors, refunds will be made according to the above instructions. Only in the following circumstances, you can apply for a full refund regardless of the time of cancellation.

    • If the ski resort for this course is closed due to bad weather (official news), and if students are inconvenienced to other ski resorts, they will receive a full refund or help arrange the course on another day.
    • If the airline cancels the flight due to bad weather or other factors (official news), please present the flight cancellation certificate to apply for a full refund or help arrange courses on other days.
    • Regarding the COVID-19 epidemic, in addition to Taiwan's official level three alert, Japan's official announcement prohibits entry or is deported locally. Please provide relevant proof before you can apply for a full refund.

  3. After the course is confirmed, for all changes to the course (including time, date, location, and changes to single board and double board courses), please contact the customer service staff first and confirm whether the modification can be made. If the modification can be made, it will be processed by the customer service online. On the contrary, if the course cannot be changed and the course is canceled, the company will charge a cancellation fee

  4. Please be sure to contact customer service for all course cancellations and order modifications, and we will assist you with the relevant procedures.
