Hello! We’re Outdoorland, a legally established ski school based in Japan.
We are currently hiring passionate Mandarin-speaking and multilingual ski/snowboard instructors to join our team!
Our company is officially registered in Japan and operates with full support from local ski resorts . We provide legal work visas for our full-time instructors — come and be part of the Outdoorland team!

✅ Application Requirements
① Full-Time Instructors
Required (One of the following):
- A Ski Instructor License
- A Ski or Snowboard Instructor License with a valid Working Holiday Visa
- Have at least 36 months of teaching experience as a ski/snowboard instructor
Preferred:
Experienced teaching at a ski school
- Hold both Ski and Snowboard instructor licenses
- Already possess or are eligible to apply for a Working Holiday Visa
- Currently reside in Japan with a valid work-eligible visa (Permanent Resident, Spouse, Dependent with permission to work, etc.)
- Have a valid Japanese driver’s license
② Part-Time Instructors
Required:
- Reside in Japan with a valid work-eligible visa (PR, Spouse, Dependent with permission to work, etc.)
- Hold a Ski or Snowboard Instructor License
- Available to work on weekends and/or weekdays (negotiable)
Preferred:
- Experience in the snowsports industry
- Any kind of teaching experience
- Possess a valid Japanese driver’s license
🗺️ Work Locations
- Ski resorts in Echigo-Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture
- Ski resorts in the Tohoku region of Japan
📅 Work Period
December 2025 – April 2026 (Start date negotiable)
- 5–8 days off per month
- Rest days can be requested in advance
🌐 Language Requirements
- Mandarin or English required
- Japanese,Thai proficiency is a plus
💰 Pay
Hourly wage: ¥3,500 ~ ¥5,500
(depending on experience and qualifications)
